Born and raised on the Northern Beaches, Kim began her career with LJ Hooker in 1992 straight out of school. After saving up to go travel the world she fell into tourism and after 10 years in this industry she received the young Achiever of the year in Tourism. This was a testament to her dedication to being the best at what she does. It didn’t take her long to work out that Real Estate was something that she was equally passionate about.

A sales person in her own right, Kim is also a licensed real estate agent and an accredited auctioneer. She discovered her niche working with Gordon Spring in his team since March 2002. Their skills complement each other to bring clients a high end service and excellent results. She believes that communication and reliability are key factors in achieving success.

Kim offers years of experience and expert knowledge, uncompromised professionalism and a strong determination to deliver great results for her clients. Kim enjoys the marketing aspect of real estate and also offers a wealth local knowledge.
